Dynamic modelling and analysis of cracked gear system with tip relief based on proposed variable-angle deformation energy integration method

چکیده
Due to ignoring the effects of change tooth attachment position caused by cracks, traditional time vary mesh stiffness (TVMS) calculation models and dynamic simulations for cracked gears will lose their precision in body crack case. To address this shortcoming, a new analytical TVMS model gear considering tip relief (TR) is developed based on proposed variable-angle deformation energy integration method. On basis, system analysis fault vibration characteristics established. The effectiveness accuracy are verified finite element A comprehensive investigation finally carried out reveal parameters TR, load gears. study results indicate that can meet accurate simulation both tooth- body-cracked gears, influences cannot be ignored. This could provide systematic methodology meaningful reference modelling, diagnosis systems with failures.
